MAJ GEN. D K JAMWAL

Maj Gen. D K Jamwal, VSM** (Retd) has served in Indian Army for 38 years, possessing strong leadership, administrative and management skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating personnel to become cohesive and effective members of the organization and adopt the dictum “Service Before Self” and “Professional Honesty”. Ability to manage ‘extreme crisis situations’ by taking critical/logical decisions and leading from the front; in hectic and deadline driven environment. He is ideally suited to impact performance, growth and profitability; by inculcating a spirit of commitment, character and discipline. Steered one of the largest employment drives in the country by training / employing 1,50,000 personnel including 1600 Trainers and 600 Assessors pan India, as part of Skill Council, under the “National Skills Mission” of India in the last three years; as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is the Vice-Chairman of Education for Employment Foundation.

ASHOK PANDEY
Ashok Pandey is highly regarded for his views on challenging educational issues and in the functioning of schools. His areas of expertise are institutional planning, administration and management, teacher development, value creation, inclusive education, and quality in education. He is a strong advocate of integrating international dimensions into the Indian school curriculum. He has authored severalpapers, articles on topics related to educational issues. Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India has honoured him by National Award for the year 2013.

JYOTI GUPTA
Jyoti Gupta is an accomplished educationist with a career spanning twenty four years, brims with creative vivacity and a tireless zeal. Mrs. Gupta embarked on her professional voyage as a member of the DPS fraternity in the year 1988. She has served the DPS group in various capacities including, Head Department, Head Mistress, Vice Principal and Principal. Her foresight and leadership skills propelled the school to greater heights of excellence. Mrs. Gupta has conducted CCE workshops in Vishakhapatnam, Indore, and Pune as a CBSE master trainer. Her zeal & meticulous planning regarding the implementation of CCE has been much admired. She has been associated with CBSE in terms of curriculum planning at various levels and is currently the CBSE City Coordinator for Ghaziabad. Mrs. Gupta has been conferred upon with the Dr Radhakrishnan National Award for Teachers and the Delhi State Teachers Award for the meritorious service to the cause of education. Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India has honoured her by National Award for the year 2013.

KRISHAN KHANNA
Krishan Khanna brings more than six decades of corporate and education experience, specialising is in the areas of vocational education & training, VET, for skill building and employment. He has been involved with various educational committees, notably the Prime Minister’s Task Force, as an expert member for skills development & employment generation for the nation. He has served as a member of the Planning Commission, New Delhi, and on the eleventh plan working groups of: Secondary Education & Vocational Education of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, New Delhi; Secondary Education & Vocational Education, Indira Gandhi National Open University - Min of HRD, Govt. of India; Distance education and All India Council for Technical Education; The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. He has been awarded a National Citizen Award (1995-96) as technocrat of the year, and the Rajiv Gandhi Award in 2007 for being an outstanding proactive leader.

TEJPAAL BHATIA
Tejpaal Bhatia after completion of his article ship in 1978 joined J.K. Synthetics Ltd and worked for five years. Thereafter he joined Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd, with a single product company with a project outlay of Rs 5 Crores, but during his stint of thirteen years with Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd, he assisted them to make it a multi-product and multi- location corporate group with a capital outlay of rupees 1500 Crore with plants at Rajasthan, MP, UP and Nagpur (Maharashtra). His area of specialization is generating fund through banks, FDI, raising equity and debt from public through IPOs, rights issue and private placement.
