Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a Non-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. We are an industry-led apex body, jointly set up by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Indian Cellular and Electronics Association (ICEA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), to ensure adequate availability of skilled manpower to boost growth and productivity in the Telecom sector.
Over the years, TSSC has emerged as the bridge between Ministries, Indian telecom industry and youth of our nation for skill development. TSSC works with several Ministries, Skilling bodies, technical institutes with the objective of promoting skills amongst young Indian talent and bridging the manpower demand – supply gap in the industry. TSSC’s core membership includes Indian Cellular and Electronics Association (ICEA) and private Telecom service providers, namely Bharti Airtel Limited and Vodafone Idea Limited.
