I hereby declare that
I am above 18 years* of age and that all the information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
I am completely aware that in case the above information provided by me is found fraudulent/ untrue/false the organisation (Education for Employment Foundation) is at entire liberty to cancel my registration for the English Learning Digital Platform, at any point of time and that in such case the organisation (Education for Employment Foundation) is not at all liable for refunding me any amount against my registration fees.
I am completely aware about the warnings, rules, regulations, nature & the content of the platform and that I am solely responsible or by any other way whatsoever. Hence the organisation (Education for Employment Foundation) by no means is liable &/or responsible for compensation in cash or kind or in any other way against any such damaged caused to me.
I completely agree that in case of any arguments that occur in my case the decision of the organisation (Education for Employment Foundation) shall be final and binding upon me.
I also completely agree that the organisation (Education for Employment Foundation) have provided such special rates for the English Digital Learning Platform for my professional development and not to fulfil any sort of their commercial objectives. Hence my registration is voluntary and completely by my wish & will.
